Job Title: SAP Security Analyst

Location: MALVERN, PA 19355

Duration: 12 months (Extension)

Pay Rate: $40.00 - $60.00/hr w2

• The SAP Security Analyst is responsible for supporting security related SAP projects and initiatives, guides business team members in designing processes and roles meeting the corporate requirements and ensures compliance of the supported systems with the corporate rules (both from a technical as well as automated internal control standpoints).
• Understand SAP GRC software to monitor, report and assist business teams with remediation and or mitigation of SOD's.
• Assist with technical configuration review of workflow as required.
• Extending existing mitigating controls to new users or users that have recently had a change in SAP access creating new SOD conflicts.
• Analyze SOD report and suggest possible areas for remediation (role removal from users, transaction/authorization field level value remove from role, etc.) to business leads.
• Assist with technical configuration and training requirements for BPC application team.
• Troubleshoot Firefighter inquiries such as user selecting a FFID for the S/4 system as opposed to the ECC system or vice versa when submitting the request or changing account to a dialog account on a temporary basis when user needs to execute a Win shuttle script under a FFID.
• Assist as directed in trouble shooting end user access problems, reported within ServiceNow tickets.
• Review ServiceNow tickets assigned to determine proper assignment (Malvern team or INDEC).
• For tickets assigned directly to Malvern team, troubleshoot issues reported via standard and custom SAP transactions as needed (SUIM, SM20, PFCG, SU01, ZBA_UAR, etc.).
• Run SOD simulation if additional access or change in access is required.
• Obtain proper approval from business for any additional or change in access along with highlighting any SOD violations encountered via new SAP access to be assigned.
• Assist lead of SAP Application Security Officer supporting various non-SAP critical business applications as required.
• Responsible for user provisioning and role updates for other business critical applications such as Manhattan, Mii, Logility, ServiceNow.
• Following lead of SAP Application Security Officer, assist Offshore INDEC Team in training, development and creation of new roles as required to support mergers/acquisitions.
• Work with IT leadership in providing user-role mapping for all users in all Development and Production systems xto ensure accurate SAP license management; responsible to make any updates required identified by IT leadership using standard SAP tools (SU01, SU10) along with execution of finalized reports using USMM.
