Position: SAP SD Support Specialist

Location: Mannheim, Germany

Remote Work Possibility: yes (2-3 days a week on the client´s office)

Type of Contract: Permanent Contract preferably

Mandatory Languages: German (C1 minimum) and English (C1 minimum)

Eligibility: Candidates must possess European nationality or a valid work permit for Germany.

We’re looking for a smart, proactive SAP SD Support Specialist to bridge Sales, Field Services, and Accounting, ensuring smooth operations within our SAP landscape while working in a flexible hybrid setup based in Mannheim.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire contract lifecycle in SAP, ensuring accurate creation, maintenance, and timely updates
• Maintain and update pricing and billing data in collaboration with Sales and Accounting teams
• Act as the link between Sales, Field Services, and Accounting, clearly explaining SAP processes and tools
• Support operational tasks related to SAP SD and contract workflows

Requirements

• German proficiency (minimum C1) and fluent English
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
• At least one year of experience with ERP/SAP systems; SAP SD knowledge is a plus (training provided)
• Strong cross-functional communication and organizational skills
• Digital mindset and eagerness to learn
