Your responsibilities:

• Responsibility for the implementation of company-wide sales processes, including the definition of sales processes in S/4HANA as well as supporting the introduction at our worldwide locations.
• You optimize the sales processes and actively support the sales employees in their implementation.
• As an interface between business and external implementation partner, you are the first point of contact when introducing solutions.
• You carry out training and further education measures as part of rollout and refresher training for key users.
• You will coordinate closely with the sales department managers, the site managers and those responsible for sales logistics and IT.
• You will implement process and application changes in collaboration with the implementation team, including testing, test coordination and documentation.
• Through our constant growth and M&A activities, you will accompany SAP rollouts in over 20 existing locations worldwide and also in new locations

Your profile is impressive:

• Economics or technical studies and several years of experience in sales in an industrial company
• Knowledge and experience in designing sales processes and implementing them in an internationally active company is desirable
• Knowledge of SAP R3 (SD) is required, S/4HANA knowledge is desirable
• You are used to working independently and have experience in project management of international teams
• Confident, skillful appearance and communication, structured work and strong analytical-conceptual skills round off your profile
• Fluent English. Some or fluent German an advantage
