Our client, a global healthcare company, is seeking a Validation Specialist to ensure compliance and functionality of SAP S/4 HANA pre and post-migration. The role involves validating end-to-end business processes, implementing Vera and qTest frameworks, and ensuring adherence to pharmaceutical regulatory standards.

This is a remote, contract role, starting with a one-year contract for a 2 year project, that is likely to renew. The selected candidate can be located anywhere in India and must be able to support the client's EST preferred time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Validate end-to-end business processes in SAP S/4 HANA post-migration, focusing on pharmaceutical industry workflows
  
• Lead the new implementation of Vera (test automation) and qTest (test management) for SAP S/4 HANA validation
  
• Develop and execute test scripts to address changes in processes post-upgrade from SAP ECC 6, including revalidation of customizations
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (functional consultants, developers, business users) to ensure alignment of test strategies with Agile methodologies
  
• Address potential data migration validation (e.g., data integrity, consistency) as part of the testing scope
  
• Document defects, track resolutions in qTest, and optimize Vera automation frameworks for efficiency
  
• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards and validation protocols
  
  
  
  
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of SAP validation/testing experience, with recent hands-on experience in SAP S/4 HANA (post-migration projects preferred)
  
• Pharmaceutical industry experience (regulatory compliance, validation practices, GxP knowledge)
  
• Proficiency in Vera (test automation scripting) and qTest (test case management, defect tracking)
  
• Experience designing test scripts for end-to-end business processes (e.g., Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay)
  
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira/Confluence
  
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  

Highly Preferred:

• Certifications in SAP S/4 HANA Testing, Vera, or qTest
  
• Exposure to data migration validation in SAP environments
  
• Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology or DevOps practices for testing
