Purpose And Objective Of Job

We are seeking a Project Manager (PM) who can drive SAP S/4 HANA upgrade-related Implementation Projects. As a PM, you will act as a trusted advisor for customer, by considering the balance between customer needs and project scope. For driving individual project, you will execute project management works such as issue / Time /Cost /Risk /Communication /Quality /Resource Management.

Expectations And Tasks Of The Job

As PM, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Understand the customer's requirements, business processes, and solution landscape
• Be a trusted advisor for customer, by leading project works based on the defined scope
• Apply SAP Activate methodology and SAP ECC to the S/4 HANA upgrade process
• Create detailed project plans with deliverables and execute them
• Work closely with customer project manager and module leads to track and update project plan, complete weekly status report, budget/burn rates, issue tracker, and risk register
• Provide customer guidance and support on Communications, Change Management, Testing Strategy, and Training Strategy
• Coordinate involvement of SAP consultants and lead them in project
• Setup project governance framework with customer Project Manager
  
  

Skills And Competencies

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• SAP functional consultant or technology/BASIS experience (SAP Project Manager or Operation manager experience preferred)
• Coordinate with module leads and provide best/leading practices and guidance on cross-module process and data integration
• Excellent communication, and collaboration skills
• Proven ability to work with customer project manager, SAP consultants, and senior management level
• Effective stakeholder management abilities
• PMP or Project Management Certifications will be an added advantage
