The work:
* Lead and oversee testing activities within AMS/IMS projects, ensuring quality standards are met across all deliverables.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and configure testing frameworks and strategies to meet business process and application requirements.
* Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in testing methodologies, tools, and processes, providing guidance and support to the team.
* Manage and mentor the testing team, fostering collaboration and driving team decisions to achieve project goals.
* Engage with multiple teams and stakeholders, contributing to key decisions and ensuring alignment with quality objectives.
* Provide solutions to testing challenges for the immediate team and across multiple teams, ensuring efficient problem resolution.
* Demonstrate expert proficiency in Configuration & Release Management as it pertains to testing and quality assurance.
* Recommend and implement best practices for Design & Build Enablement in testing processes.
* Utilize expert-level skills in Build Management and SAP SCM APO Demand Planning to support testing activities.
* Develop and implement efficient testing and quality assurance processes, including configuration and release management.
* Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing frameworks, tools, and methodologies.
* Ensure smooth application deployment by collaborating with development and operations teams.
* Provide guidance and support on best practices for testing, configuration management, and quality assurance.
This is a hybrid role and will require 2-3 days per week in your local office. Primary hiring location is Scottsdale, AZ. May consider qualified applicants in Nashville, TN or Houston, TX.
Qualification
What you need:
* Minimum of 6 years' functional experience in leading and implementing testing strategies for AMS/IMS projects, including end-to-end testing, integration testing, and performance testing.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience managing testing activities in SAP Modules
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
Bonus points if you have:
* Strong expertise in testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks, with a focus on SAP systems and AMS/IMS environments.
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York or Washington as set forth below.
