Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced SAP Project/Program Manager with deep expertise in FICO modules to join this transformative journey. As the FICO Product Leader, you will take charge of a team of 30 professionals, leading complex projects aimed at enhancing the company’s finance operations across multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complex SAP FICO-related projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely delivery of outcomes.
• Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to optimize financial processes and implement SAP best practices.
• Manage project lifecycles using SAP Solution Manager and Focused Build to ensure effective delivery of projects.
• Guide and mentor a team of 30 professionals, ensuring a high-performance culture while fostering collaboration across business units.
• Drive the strategic vision of the FICO module, ensuring the seamless integration of SAP solutions within the broader business framework.

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong experience as an SAP Project or Program Manager with a focus on FICO (Finance and Controlling) modules.
• Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage large teams and collaborate with various stakeholders across business units.
• Deep technical knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and related tools such as SAP Solution Manager and Focused Build.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to influence and drive change.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
