We are seeking a skilled SAP Project Manager with expertise in S/4 HANA implementation and SAP Activate Methodology to lead and execute SAP implementation projects.

The ideal candidate will manage all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business objectives, on-time delivery, and high-quality outcomes with below key responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of SAP implementation projects, following SAP Activate methodology.
• Phase Execution: Manage all phases – Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy, and Run – ensuring compliance with SAP best practices.
• Fit-to-Standard Workshops: Facilitate Fit-to-Standard workshops to identify gaps, validate business processes, and minimize customizations.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with cross-functional teams, technical experts, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining project scope, timeline, and budget.
• Agile Delivery: Apply Agile principles, such as iterative development and regular feedback cycles, to ensure incremental value delivery.
• Status Reporting: Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and milestones to stakeholders and leadership.
