💼 Your Mission

As the Business Project Manager, you’ll lead the business-side execution of the SAP S/4HANA implementation. You’ll partner closely with the IT project lead to deliver a seamless rollout that aligns with business goals and maximizes user adoption. This is a high-impact role requiring a strategic mindset, hands-on leadership, and deep industry insight.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Lead the business stream of the SAP S/4HANA implementation from strategy through execution
• Align business processes across the value chain – from raw materials to customer delivery
• Drive organizational change and lead user readiness initiatives
• Ensure the delivery of core system functionalities on time, on budget, and at high quality
• Serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT, ensuring goals and expectations are aligned

🎯 Ideal Candidate Profile

• Proven track record managing SAP S/4HANA implementations
• Experience in chemicals or process manufacturing, ideally in adhesives or specialty chemicals
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end value chain operations – production, logistics, supply chain, and commercial processes
• Background in business change management and organizational transformation
• Collaborative, proactive communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills
