🚨 FREELANCE OPPORTUNITY – SENIOR SAP S/4HANA PROGRAM MANAGER

📍 Remote (EU-based) + 1-2x/month on-site | 🕒 12-month contract | 🛍️ Retail Client | 💶 Excellent daily rate

We're supporting a leading retail client embarking on a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation and looking for a seasoned Program Manager to lead this complex, multi-year initiative.

🧠 What you’ll be doing:

• Own the full S/4HANA program roadmap across Finance, Logistics, Procurement, Retail Ops & more
• Act as strategic lead between C-level, business units, IT & vendors
• Oversee cross-functional teams, vendors & workstreams
• Drive cutover, go-live & post-launch stabilization
• Ensure program stays on time, on budget & on point

🎯 Your experience:

• 10+ years in SAP program/project management
• At least 1 full S/4HANA rollouts led successfully
• Strong background in retail processes & ERP delivery
• Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders & managing offshore teams
• Fluent in English (German = big plus)
