Summary

Job Title: Lead Analyst, ERP Workstream

Pay Rate : $45 per hour

Duration: 16 months

W2 contract only (No C2C)

Location- REMOTE (Flexibility to align with US time zones (primarily EST).


Note:

Strong experience with Master Data Governance (MDG), including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes

  • Background in medical devices, life sciences, or other highly regulated industries
  • Familiarity with change management and/or learning and development initiatives
  • Exposure to ERP or large-scale system implementations is a plus


Project Overview

  • Seeking a dynamic, highly organized Lead Analyst for the global ERP Accelerate program.
  • Contractor role focused on supporting testing, data, training, and go-live activities for the implementation of SAP S/4 at clients’s Joint Replacement and Trauma & Extremities divisions.
  • Target go-live: May 2026.
  • Will collaborate closely with forecast-to-plan and procure-to-pay teams to ensure a smooth implementation.


Role Details

  • Collaborate with business leads, IT solution architects, and deployment resources to implement new procurement processes in SAP S/4.
  • Contribute to program success through:
  • Testing (SIT, UAT, DITL)
  • Training
  • Data conversion
  • System cutover
  • Hypercare support
  • Coordinate and manage end-to-end testing, including defect and bug tracking across all testing cycles.
  • Support data readiness: validation, migration tracking, and escalation of issues.
  • Assist in development and execution of end-user training content and sessions.
  • Monitor and report on readiness checklists, highlighting gaps and delays.
  • Track and manage risks, issues, and action items to ensure successful go-live and stabilization.
  • Document key decisions, lessons learned, and post-go-live activities.


Role Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience supporting business systems implementations or major change initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP S/4 procurement modules.
  • Strong project coordination skills; ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.
  • Experience in:
  • Testing coordination (UAT/SIT)
  • Data migration
  • End-user training (preferred)
  • Strong communication skills for interacting across both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Proficient in:
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Teams)
  • Smartsheet and Azure DevOps (ADO) (preferred)
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis/reporting tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Flexibility to align with US time zones (primarily EST).
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (<10%) for training, workshops, or project-related activities.
