Summary

Job mission:

Job Responsibilities:

  • GTM Strategy: Define and lead GTM strategy, service portfolio, and propositions, including advisory services, packages, and innovations.
  • Competitor Analysis: Develop win strategies and address market positioning.
  • Sales Support: Manage and deliver: RFPs, proposals, and client requirements.
  • Innovative, cost-optimized service designs and estimates.
  • Pricing strategies and commercial negotiations.
  • Bid Governance: Ensure estimates, costs, and proposals meet organizational standards.
  • Advisory Services: Deliver ‘Fit4Future’ services to optimize costs and establish COE best practices.
  • Service Innovation: Identify and deploy ‘Run Better’ service packages.


Skills and Competencies:

  • Experience: 5 - 7 years of experience in SAP pre-sales and sales engineering, specializing in solutions for manufacturing clients.
  • Functional Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of SAP S/4HANA-Rise & Grow and SAP AMS offerings, with additional experience in SAP Cloud applications (e.g., SuccessFactors, Ariba, Concur, LeanIX, Signavio, Sustainability solutions).
  • Technical Proficiency: Expertise in SAP functionality, implementation processes, and best practices. Skilled at translating complex business requirements into effective technical solutions.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English, with excellent written and spoken communication capabilities. Additional proficiency in German is desirable.
  • Client Engagement: Strong interpersonal skills, adept at engaging with both business and technical stakeholders.
  • SMB Expertise: In-depth understanding of the unique needs of SMBs, with experience supporting their SAP implementation and transformation journeys will be a plus.
  • Service Architecture: Competency in designing and architecting service solutions, including infrastructure and application managed services.
  • Delivery Models: Significant experience with global delivery models, including onshore, near-shore, and offshore approaches.
  • Service Management: Expertise in managing service, financial, quality, risk, and knowledge management methodologies.
  • SAP Implementation Methodologies: Deep understanding of SAP implementations with activate methodology.
  • License & BOM design: Rise & Grow SAP deals.
  • Digital Transformation: Familiarity with SAP Cloud offerings and digital transformation initiatives across industries.
  • Pre-Sales Expertise: Exceptional facilitation, presentation, and personal communication skills critical for effective pre-sales engagements.
  • Executive-Level Engagement: Skilled at liaising, influencing, and communicating effectively with directors and executives across all business functions.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong business sense with a value-based approach to selling, leveraging organizational resources, capabilities, and solutions effectively.
  • Workshop Facilitation: Confident in leading workshops and design thinking sessions to foster innovation and deliver value for customers and prospects.
