Job Summary:

Airswift is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced SAP PRA Analyst to join our IT department in Plano, Texas. This role supports the Production and Revenue Accounting (PRA) modules within SAP, focusing on both technical and functional solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP ERP 6.0 and/or S/4HANA PRA, a solid background in ABAP development, and a strong understanding of oil & gas industry processes.

Key Responsibilities:

SAP PRA Support & Development

• Provide development and production support for SAP PRA
• Analyze and resolve complex issues with innovative, scalable solutions
• Design, enhance, and maintain custom SAP PRA solutions
• Document technical design/specifications and testing thoroughly

Business & Technical Liaison

• Work closely with business users to gather and analyze requirements
• Collaborate with other SAP analysts to ensure seamless business process integration
• Provide timely support for business operations and end-users
• Communicate project updates and status reports to management

Compliance & Integration

• Assist with State and Federal reporting (Tax, Royalty, and 1099)
• Respond to internal and external audit requests
• Manage integration of 3rd-party software solutions
• Work on custom Net Profits Interest (NPI) processing

Customer Interaction

• Interface with Revenue and Division Order teams to support business initiatives
• Deliver excellent customer service and support

Qualifications & Experience:

Required:

• 5+ years of SAP PRA support experience in ERP 6.0 and/or S/4HANA
• 8+ years of experience with ABAP (incl. Dynpro, ABAP Objects, Web Dynpro), BAPIs, BADIs, Enhancements, Smart Forms, SAPscripts, Adobe Interactive Forms
• Familiarity with Revenue Accounting, Production Allocation, Division Order
• Strong knowledge of State, Federal, and 1099 reporting requirements
• Experience with debugging, troubleshooting, and complex problem-solving
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution

Preferred:

• Experience with SAP SCM, EAM, FI, and PS modules
• Prior experience with oil and gas production systems

Environmental & Physical Demands:

• Primarily office-based in Plano, Texas
• Occasional travel to field offices or production sites
• May require use of PPE when visiting operational facilities
• Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs
