Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated SAP PPQM Consultant with strong domain knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 end-to-end SAP implementations including 1 S/4 HANA project, and experience in integrating SAP with Non-SAP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements in the PP and QM areas.
• Design and implement solutions in SAP PP and QM modules aligning with industry best practices.
• Work on end-to-end implementation, rollouts, and support projects.
• Configure master data, work centers, BOMs, routings, inspection plans, sampling procedures, and quality notifications.
• Handle shop floor control, MRP, capacity planning, and production order processing.
• Implement QM processes like incoming inspection, in-process inspection, final inspection, and quality certificates.
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Support data migration and cutover activities during go-live.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, WM, FICO) and technical teams (ABAP, BASIS).
• Provide post-go-live support and resolve production issues.
• Create detailed documentation including configuration documents, functional specifications, test scripts, and user manuals.
• Ensure compliance with quality and audit standards in SAP project delivery.
• Mandatory Requirements:
• 6–7 years of SAP PPQM consulting experience
• Minimum 2 full lifecycle implementations, including 1 on SAP S/4 HANA
• Proficient in SAP PP and QM module configuration
• Strong knowledge of integration with Non-SAP systems
• Hands-on experience in S/4 HANA environment
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and regulatory compliance
• Ability to debug issues and provide functional specifications for custom developments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

• Exposure to Fiori apps related to PPQM
• Basic ABAP debugging knowledge
• Experience in pharmaceutical or manufacturing domains
• SAP Certification in PP or QM
• Educational Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• SAP Certification (Preferred)
