Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
As an SAP Planning consultant
- This a in person position with no remote or hybrid work.
- Experience in Supply chain planning and SAP APO/PPDS
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4 HANA PPDS, purchase/production orders, demand management business processes
- Strong hands-on experience in planning processes, demand planning, SNP and PPDS functional and data management
- Hands on experience in APO reviews, PReqs, Clearing up open POs from manufacturing to the warehouse
- Data Analysis and Reports on accuracy of demand signal to sites
- Misc data analysis/cleansing work
- Job involves talking to local and global sites, so it requires strong communication skills
- 2+ full cycle implementations and support projects including Scoping and Planning, Process Design, Configuration, Testing, Deployment, and Post Go-Live Support
- Data Integrity: Responsible for ensuring data integrity and good documentation practices while performing job tasks.
- Experience in Supply chain planning, primarily in SAP APO/PPDS
- Excellent analytical, organizational, team, and project management skills
- Strong documentation skills – should have experience in writing requirement specifications, design documents, installation protocols, test summary reports, etc.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and maintenance plans
- Understanding of Pharmaceutical Warehouse Business Process
Roles & Responsibilities
- Performing the daily reviews of planning and adapts existing methods and procedures to create possible solutions to moderately complex problems
- Perform daily APO reviews, PReqs, Clearing up open POs from manufacturing to the warehouse
- Understands the business requirements and process of Purchase requisitions and complete them
- Uses considerable judgment to determine orders processing from manufacturing to distribution sites
- Perform data analysis and reports on the accuracy of the demand to different sitesExperience with Change Management, Deviation Management, Periodic Reviews, Commissioning & Qualification, Routine Data Monitoring / Reporting.
- Ability to apply fundamental planning process understanding, problem solving and process improvement.
- Experience with the principles of lean manufacturing to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Ability to function in a team environment.
- Effectively manage and prioritize competing priorities.
- Strong self-manageme nt and organizational skills.
Generic Managerial Skills, If any
- Manage all aspects of project delivery. Includes identifying user requirements, executing demand planning & planning activities and scheduling to meet business and customer expectations.
Salary Range: $95,000-$120,000 a year
