Role: Implementation Delivery Engineer

Location: Wixom MI

Duration: Full Time Perm

The Implementation Delivery Engineer plays a key role in optimizing supply chain processes, ensuring system efficiency, and integrating business needs with ERP solutions. Other duties include:

• ERP System Management & Optimization
• Responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing ERP modules (such as EWM, MES, QM)
• Ensure the stable operation of the ERP system, troubleshoot, and fix system issues
• Participate in system upgrades, testing, and data migration to ensure business continuity
• Supply chain process optimization and data analysis
• Analyze procurement, inventory, production, and logistics data to optimize business processes and improve operational efficiency
• Optimize inventory management through ERP to reduce costs and prevent stock shortages or overstocking
• User Training & Technical Support
• Provide ERP system training to supply chain personnel to enhance operational skills
• Develop system operation manuals, answer ERP-related questions, and provide technical support

To be a qualified candidate you must have the following:

• ERP System Experience: Familiar with Plex, QAD, Oracle ERP etc, Familiarity with SAP is preferred
• Supply Chain IT Knowledge: Understanding of MRP (Material Requirements Planning), JIT (Just-in-Time)
• Database Management: Proficient in SQL and MySQL for data queries and management
• Communication & Project Management: Strong cross-department communication and ERP project coordination skills
