About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Specialist with expertise across multiple SAP modules, particularly focusing on Financial Accounting (FI) and Cost Accounting (CO) in combination with any of the following modules: SD, MM, PP, PM. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP FICO modules, S/4HANA implementations, project management, and familiarity with ABAP and SAP Basis, coupled with exceptional communication skills and a proven track record of successful implementations and project management.

Your impactful Goals will include:

·  Provide expert-level support and guidance on SAP modules FI and CO along with any of the other listed modules.

·  Analyze existing financial processes and systems.

·  Configure and customize existing system with SAP FICO module in S/4HANA.

·  Manage data migration and integration tasks.

·  Conduct through testing and validation of the new system.

·  Provide training and support to users.

·  Lead and manage the project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget & scope.  

·  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and develop tailored SAP solutions.

·  Configure, customize, and implement SAP FICO modules according to business needs.

·  Lead SAP implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

·  Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to end-users to maximize system utilization and efficiency.

·  Troubleshoot and resolve complex SAP issues, working closely with technical teams when necessary.

·  Stay updated on latest SAP developments and best practices, continuously enhancing expertise in relevant modules.

·  Collaborate with ABAP and BASIS teams to optimize system performance and integration.

Functional Skills Requirement:  

·  Minimum 10-12 years of hands-on experience in configuring and implementing FI/CO module.

·  In-depth knowledge of S/4 HANA in addition to FI/CO modules.

·  Familiarity with SD, MM, PP, PM, WM, and HCM modules.

·  Proficiency in ABAP and BASIS will be a significant advantage.

·  Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

·  Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

·  Proven track record of leading successful SAP implementation projects from conception to completion.

·  Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

·  Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

·  Certification in relevant SAP modules is preferred.

Qualifications Required:

· ACCA, CA finalist, MBA(Finance), IT Based Knowledge

· SAP FICO S/4HANA Certification
