We are seeking a highly skilled SAP S4/ HANA Hybrid Functional/Technical Consultant with deep process knowledge and configuration expertise in the Project Systems (PS)/Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) module. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting the SAP landscape by addressing incident backlogs and collaborating with developers and business stakeholders to implement sustainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide functional and technical expertise in PS/PPM module.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve SAP incidents, ensuring timely resolution.
• Configure and enhance SAP processes to optimize system performance and business operations.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, document processes, and recommend best practices.
• Work closely with SAP developers to design, test, and deploy custom solutions as needed.
• Support system upgrades, patches, and integrations with other SAP and third-party applications.
• Ensure compliance with SAP and business policies, including security and governance standards.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to end-users and internal teams.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an SAP S4/ HANA Functional/Technical Consultant.
• Strong expertise in PS/PPM with hands-on configuration experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex SAP issues, working closely with developers.
• Experience in SAP integration with other modules and third-party applications.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Strong business communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori, ABAP debugging, and workflow is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• SAP certifications in PS/PPM, FICO are highly desirable.
• Utilities experience
• Integration with FICO and EAM modules.
