As an SAP HR/HCM Lead, you will provide strategic, and innovative solutions for core HR and payroll, time and attendance, talent management, employee experience management, and people analytics to address your critical workforce transformation needs. Desired Skills
Experienced in SAP HR/HCM core and submodules.
Should have worked on 2 end-to-end Global SAP HCM implementation.
Experience in Indian and International payroll systems is a must.
Experienced in Organizational Management and Personal Administration.
Must have experience in SAP HCM Time Management.
An expert in Time PCR.
Exposure to Time Evaluation, Payroll Schemes and Logs.
Knowledge on debugging.
Good integration knowledge of Time & Payroll, and configuration knowledge of CATS.
SAP certification and exposure to SF will be an added advantage.
Worked as a client-facing role.
Knowledge of activate methodology & documentation
Performs configuration work, as needed, to support new and existing functionality.
Responsible for Configuration Reviews.
Function as a resident team expert for all configuration issues (both support and project) within their areas (modules) of expertise.
Serve as a functional integration owner for multiple process areas
Prepare functionality specifications and deliver them to ABAP developers.
Responsible for creating Function Design Documents (FDD) based on the Use Case documents.
Responsible for understanding functional specifications and write corresponding detail design specifications.
Responsible for developing high-quality solutions based on the completed Functional Design documents.
