We’re seeking an experienced SAP HCM Functional Consultant to join an agile team supporting and enhancing our client’s SAP HR+ product. This role is ideal for someone with strong SAP HCM experience, especially in S/4HANA and Fiori-first environments.

Key Responsibilities

🔸 Maintain and evolve the SAP HR+ product within the product team

🔸 Design, configure, and implement SAP HCM solutions including Fiori apps

🔸 Advise business and functional analysts on solution design

🔸 Document technical solutions and configurations

🔸 Independently manage new requirements and write functional specs for developers

Key Skills Required

✅ 5+ years of hands-on SAP HCM experience (PA, OM)

✅ Strong configuration and extension knowledge in HCM modules

✅ Experience with Time (PT) and Payroll (PY) is a plus

✅ Proficient working in Fiori-first and Agile/SCRUM environments

✅ S/4HANA and SuccessFactors integration experience required
