Job Description
The SAP GTS (Global Trade Systems) Business Systems Analyst works with an IT services team that supports a large enterprise user population.
Responsible for the analysis, coordination, general use, administration, and solution deployment of SAP GTS within the client business units.
Works with team Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to confirm business requirements and system solutions that enable effective end-to-end processes with the use of SAP GTS.
Responsibilities.
Deploy target trade & customs solutions befitting the scope and within the timeline of a project. Develop and document business case/scope/plan, business/functional requirements in IT tracking systems.
The SAP GTS Business Systems Analyst will gather business requirements and translate them into technical requirements via concise documentation.
Support mapping of end-to-end to-be business processes, then identify & coordinate delivery of the system integrations required.
Question proposed technical solutions, logic, as well as facilitate discussions between the various groups.
Document and assign requests/tasks to the appropriate support teams, including any gathered requirements and analysis to support the fulfillment of requested software.
Support data requirements pertaining to SAP GTS within the project scope.
Participate in design scrums, daily standup meetings, and system integration testing.
Prepare test data & work instructions and coordinate the execution of user acceptance testing.
The SAP GTS Business Systems Analyst will develop training materials & other documentation necessary for steady state process execution.
Actively support the business user group throughout the project duration.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 and the Microsoft Office applications suite.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. A minimum of 3 years of experience in hands-on deployment or utilization of the SAP GTS (Global Trade Systems) application.
A demonstrated ability to participate in technical projects, handling day-to-day task management, prioritization, support, and providing effective communications with team members, including status reporting.

Expected to travel to onsite locations during key project phases (e.g., solution confirmation, UAT, go-live).
Preferred location base: Minneapolis HQ or Miami (hub for Global Trade Compliance team).
There are 2 preferred locations - Minneapolis (central) or Miami, where the business Global Trade Compliance team is located.
