Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Fiori Developer to join our team in Bangalore.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing SAP Fiori applications, with a deep understanding of UI5, OData services, and SAP backend integration.

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying user-friendly and efficient Fiori applications to enhance our SAP landscape.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement SAP Fiori applications using SAPUI5, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Develop custom Fiori applications and extend standard Fiori applications to meet business requirements.
• Ensure applications are responsive, user-friendly, and optimized for various devices.
• Develop and consume OData services for data integration between Fiori applications and SAP backend systems.
• Optimize OData service performance and ensure data integrity.
• Work with backend developers to define and implement necessary backend functionalities.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate design concepts into functional Fiori applications.
• Implement best practices for UI/UX design to enhance user experience.
• Ensure applications adhere to SAP Fiori design guidelines.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Debug and resolve application issues and performance bottlenecks.
• Ensure application stability and reliability.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for Fiori applications.
• Share knowledge and expertise with team members and provide technical guidance.
• Keep up to date with the latest Fiori and SAPUI5 technology.
• Participate in all phases of the SAP implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, and deployment.
  
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Fiori development.
• Strong proficiency in SAPUI5, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Extensive experience in developing and consuming OData services.
• Solid understanding of SAP backend systems and integration technologies.
• Experience with SAP Web IDE or Business Application Studio.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori design guidelines and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Must be a local to Bangalore.
• Must be able to join within a 15 day notice period.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Fiori development.
• Knowledge of SAP Cloud Platform and related services.
• Experience with ABAP development.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori elements.
