Role: SAP Finance Program Manager

12+ Months

• 10+ years of progressive experience in program management, with a strong focus on finance systems, ideally in large-scale SAP environments.
• Deep functional knowledge of SAP Finance (S/4HANA, FICO, Central Finance, etc.).
• Proven experience managing high-impact, complex SAP Finance transformation programs.
• Strong financial acumen and understanding of enterprise finance processes.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at the C-suite level.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth, or manufacturing/automotive environment is a strong plus.
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification preferred.
