Role: FICO DM Decision Modelle

Position Overview
The FICO DM (Decision Management) Lead is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and maintenance of FICO Decision Management solutions. This role requires deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership skills to drive the adoption and optimization of decision management systems that support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the strategic vision for FICO DM within the organization.
Lead a team of developers, analysts, and business users in the implementation and enhancement of decision management solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
Technical Expertise:
Design, develop, and maintain FICO Decision Management models and systems.
Ensure the accuracy, efficiency, and scalability of decision management solutions.
Continuously monitor and optimize model performance and decision strategies.
Project Management:
Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for FICO DM implementations.
Create detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with cross-functional teams including IT, finance, operations, and marketing.
Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, risks, and opportunities.
Train and mentor team members on best practices and emerging trends in decision management.
Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure all decision management systems comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Implement robust risk management frameworks to minimize operational risks associated with decisioning.
Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure system integrity and data accuracy.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in FICO Decision Management or similar roles.
Strong understanding of data analytics, decision modeling, and predictive modeling techniques.
Proven experience in leading projects and managing teams.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
