Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated SAP FICO Consultant with working knowledge of SAP BusinessObjects (BO) and strong financial acumen to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving finance process improvements, SAP FICO configurations, and engaging with business and plant stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and support of SAP financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business and plant stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and deliver SAP FICO solutions.
• Configure and support SAP FI (General Ledger, AP, AR, Asset Accounting) and CO (Cost Centers, Internal Orders, Product Costing) modules.
• Integrate SAP FICO with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP) and external systems as needed.
• Utilize SAP BO tools to generate financial reports, dashboards, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Lead and support end-to-end implementation, upgrades, and enhancement projects.
• Prepare functional specifications, system documentation, and training materials for end-users.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.
• Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field.
• Minimum of [5+] years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO modules.
• Working knowledge or exposure to SAP BO reporting tools.
• Strong understanding of core financial and controlling business processes.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management at both business and plant levels.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience in end-to-end SAP implementations or rollouts is a plus.
• Familiarity with integration points between FICO and logistics modules (MM, SD, PP).

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP FICO certification.
• Experience in the manufacturing sector.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA environment.
