Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented SAP FICO Consultant to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have 5 to 10 years of experience in SAP FICO implementation and support projects, including hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA. You will play a key role in delivering end-to-end solutions, interacting with business stakeholders, and ensuring alignment of finance and controlling processes with SAP best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP FICO solutions.
• Implement and configure SAP FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, CO-OM, CO-PA, and product costing).
• Work extensively with SAP S/4HANA for system upgrades, migrations, and new implementations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including MM, SD, and PP modules to ensure seamless integration.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Conduct system testing, end-user training, and prepare detailed documentation.
• Handle change requests, troubleshoot functional issues, and provide ongoing support.
• Engage with business stakeholders to provide insights and recommendations based on financial data.

Requirements:

• 5–10 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO, including configuration and support.
• At least 2 full life cycle implementations, with at least one on SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong understanding of core finance and controlling processes including financial reporting, budgeting, and cost center accounting.
• Proficiency in integration with other SAP modules.
• Experience in data migration and knowledge of tools like LSMW and BDC.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
