Job Description

• Manage end-to-end SAP FICO project execution, including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Analyze financial processes, identify gaps, and implement SAP best practices for efficiency.
• Oversee SAP FICO module configurations and ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules.
• Identify project risks, create mitigation plans, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Guide and mentor project teams, ensuring deliverables are met on schedule and within budget.
• Facilitate training sessions, documentation, and post-implementation support for end users.
• Ensure SAP FICO solutions align with financial regulations, tax laws, and corporate policies.
• Manage UAT, system testing, and performance validation to ensure a smooth go-live.
• Monitor system performance, suggest enhancements, and drive innovation in financial processes.
