Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with expertise in Integration and IDOC to join our client. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO) modules, as well as strong knowledge of system integration, IDOCs, and troubleshooting data flows between SAP and non-SAP systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support SAP FICO solutions.
• Manage integration of SAP FICO with other SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Develop and troubleshoot IDOCs for inbound and outbound data exchange.
• Conduct requirement gathering, gap analysis, and solution design for SAP FICO processes.
• Collaborate with business users and technical teams to ensure seamless data flow.
• Provide technical expertise for interfaces, enhancements, and custom developments.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Troubleshoot system and integration issues related to finance and controlling processes.
• Prepare and maintain functional specifications, test cases, and documentation.
• Provide end-user training and support as needed.
  
  

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 10+ years of experience in SAP FICO implementation and support.
• Strong knowledge of Finance & Controlling (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, etc.).
• Experience with SAP IDOCs (Inbound & Outbound), including troubleshooting and error handling.
• Hands-on experience in SAP integration with third-party applications.
• Knowledge of BAPIs, RFCs, and ALE/EDI processes.
• Strong understanding of SAP MM, SD, and other modules integration with FICO.
• Experience in Fiori, S/4HANA, and Central Finance is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative, and fast-paced environment.
  
  

Preferred Certifications

• SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP S/4HANA for Financial Accounting.
• SAP Certified Application Associate - Financials in SAP ERP.
