Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated SAP FI/CO Consultant to join our team in Hyderabad.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP FI (Financial Accounting) and CO (Controlling) modules, strong hands-on configuration knowledge, and a proven track record of successful project implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in all phases of the SAP FI/CO implementation lifecycle, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Configure and customize SAP FI/CO modules to meet business requirements and ensure seamless financial and controlling processes.
• Develop and document detailed functional specifications and business process workflows.
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure system accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide training and support to end-users for a smooth transition and system adoption.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently.
• Maintain and update SAP FI/CO documentation to reflect system changes and enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP FI/CO with other modules such as SD, MM, PP, and HR.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to optimize financial reporting, controlling processes, and compliance.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP innovations and best practices to enhance business processes.
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FI/CO implementation and support.
• Strong expertise in SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting) and CO (Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, COPA).
• Experience in at least two full-cycle SAP implementations.
• Deep understanding of financial and controlling processes, including taxation, reporting, and compliance.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve complex issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with business users and technical teams.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance implementation and migration projects.
• Knowledge of SAP Treasury and Risk Management (TRM).
• Exposure to SAP FSCM (Financial Supply Chain Management).
• Experience with SAP Fiori applications and UI5.
