We are currently looking for an SAP WM/EWM Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team.

Your Tasks

• Perform analysis and recommendations during the discovery, planning and implementation phases of SAP WM/EWM
• Perform detailed analysis of complex business processes and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements
• Facilitate workshops to gather business requirements
• Map business requirements, processes and customer objectives; Develop product modifications required to meet customer needs
• Determine scope, effort estimates required during the project
• Design, customize, configure and test the WM/EWM modules as well as design the integration with third party systems and other SAP modules (MM,WM,PP etc.)
• Act as an intermediary with the customer for problem resolution: investigate, analyze and resolve software related issues
• Handle urgent changes or transports for high priority issues as needed
• Document functional design, test scenarios and results
• Proactively identify and propose business processes or system improvements
• Provide consulting services on new implementations and existing support projects
• Act as a liaison between business functions and the technical team
• Provide ad hoc training and user support as needed
  
  

You Have

• Minimum of 5 years experience in WM/EWM design and configuration and knowledge of key integration points with other SAP modules
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, deliverables and projects at the same time
• Experience in a professional services or distribution company is an asset
• Ability to understand business processes from the customer's perspective
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and interact effectively with others
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and French (*This is a requirement since in this role you will be dealing with customers, partners and/or our international subsidiaries requiring communication in English on a recurring basis both verbally and in writing)
