Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) Consultant to join our team on a subcontract basis. The successful candidate will provide professional services in implementing, customising, and optimising SAP EAM solutions for our clients.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead SAP EAM implementation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to best practices and client requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective SAP EAM solutions.
• Perform detailed analysis of current asset management processes and systems, identifying opportunities for improvement and driving process re-engineering.
• Configure and customize SAP EAM modules including Maintenance Management, Plant Maintenance, Equipment & Instrument Management, and Inspection Processing, among others.
• Develop and deliver training materials, conduct training sessions, and provide ongoing support to end-users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP EAM.
• Contribute to the creation of project plans, budgets, and timelines in collaboration with the project team.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SAP EAM functionality and industry trends through continuous learning and professional development.
• Adhere to all relevant quality standards and corporate policies.
  
  
  

Our Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Proven experience as an SAP EAM Consultant, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role. In-depth understanding of SAP EAM modules, preferably with experience in multiple industries.
• Strong knowledge of asset management best practices and methodologies. Proficiency in ABAP programming is desirable but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Certification in SAP EAM or related SAP modules is a plus.
