As an SAP Developer (m/f/d), you are responsible for the development and implementation of integrations between shyftplan, a cloud-based shift planning SaaS, and on-premise SAP systems such as SAP HCM (Human Capital Management) and PP (Production Planning).

Your Responsibilities

Integration Development: Design, develop, and maintain integration solutions and interfaces between shyftplan and on-premise SAP systems (HCM and PP) using integration tools to ensure data consistency, accuracy, and appropriate transformation logic.

System Analysis and Design: Collaborate with customers, partners, and project managers to gather integration requirements, create technical design documents, and document processes, workflows, and configurations.

Testing and Deployment: Enhance and optimize the SAP development and testing environment, conduct unit and integration tests to ensure quality, and resolve issues during the testing and deployment phases.

Maintenance and Support: Monitor and maintain existing integrations, providing technical support to ensure optimal performance and resolve integration-related problems.

Dein Profil

• Successfully completed degree in a business-related field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Informatics, Information Technology, or comparable qualifications) with 1–3 years of professional experience in a startup environment or management consulting
• Proven experience in integration development, preferably with SAP systems
• Strong understanding of SAP modules, particularly HCM and PP
• Familiarity with integration tools and platforms (e.g., SAP PI/PO, BTP/CPI, etc.)
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Business-fluent German and English language skills
