Workshop Facilitation:
Run workshops with business users on changes, complexities, and risk management, providing gap analysis and solutions as SMEs.
Finance Master Data Management:
Manage and maintain finance-related master data in SAP S/4 HANA, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
Define and implement data governance strategies, conducting regular data audits to ensure data quality.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work with finance teams and IT to ensure master data supports financial reporting and operations effectively. Provide guidance and training on data management best practices.
Process Optimization and Reporting:
Optimize master data processes using S/4 HANA finance modules, support system upgrades and migrations. Develop reports and dashboards to track finance master data health and seek opportunities for continuous improvement.
Must Have Skill Set
Deep knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA Finance modules
Proficiency in understanding data model changes in S/4 vs SAP ECC
Proficiency in managing finance-related master data, including General Ledger, Cost Centers, Profit Centers, and Asset Accounting.
Experience with SAP MDG (Master Data Governance) and other relevant SAP tools for data management and governance.
Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements for financial data (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).
Experience with data migration, transformation, and validation processes in a finance context.
Good To Have Skill Set
SAP S/4 HANA certification with a focus on Finance.
Experience with large-scale data migration projects involving finance data.
Knowledge of best practices in finance master data governance and data quality management.
Familiarity with automation tools for finance master data processes.
Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of experience with SAP, focusing on financial master data management in an S/4 HANA environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
