Title: Sr. SAP PP Analyst – Manufacturing Industry

We are seeking an experienced Sr. SAP PP Analyst to join our team in Germantown, TN. This critical role will focus on supporting, maintaining, and improving SAP Production Planning (PP) functionality for a manufacturing environment, encompassing planning, production execution, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and manage SAP PP modules, including Material Requirement Planning, BOM Management, Engineering Change Management, and Capacity Planning.
• Support ERP implementation projects, including design, documentation, data conversion, testing, and training.
• Collaborate with technical teams to develop and test system enhancements.
• Analyze and optimize business processes, ensuring alignment with organizational strategies.
• Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and implement continuous improvements.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and IT frameworks, including ITIL.
• Contribute to change management initiatives and foster collaboration across teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 6-8 years of SAP PP experience, including 3+ years in production support.
• Hands-on experience with full-lifecycle SAP implementations.
• Proficiency in PP sub-modules; experience with VC for BOM and routings preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP integration points with other modules (e.g., MM, QM, PS).
• Skilled in RICEF development tools (CATT, LSMW, ABAP Query, Report Writer).
• Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager and MES integration is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across all organizational levels.
