Internal SAP Consultant Logistics (MM/WMS/IM)
The Job
The owner of this position is as a specialist responsible for Material management (incl. warehousing). This includes independent task management for Roll-ins (in line with the Project Plan), Production Support (daily incident management) and Change requests. Defining related master data, customer master, material master elements. This process is covering all system activities from classifying a material and the full life cycle between ordering, storing and sending the material out of the warehouse where the focus is on the logistic process. Training activities to ensure an well educated and structured power user community
General tasks:
Support SAP enhancement package implementations
Support other teams for data / test preparations
Support authorization set-up (in line with J-SOX compliance)
Identification of steps to be taken to achieve goals, planning activities for yourself and others and ensure that the tasks are delivered in time
Strong cooperation and communication with:
Other ERP teams to realize a functioning purchasing, storage, sales & distribution flow (especially SD, EDI, Master Data and CS)
European HQ-Organization such as FEN-Logistics, Corporate Finance
Logistics Service Providers (e.g. IDL, YUSEN, K&N, DHL, DB Schenker, CEVA)
European business domains to check requirements and agree on final processes.
European country coordinators and Power Users
Training activities to keep an up-to-date power user community
Substitute for other Logistical Team Members
Member of sub-teams, business projects
Contact for all other teams for logistics related topics
Production support:
Execution of trouble shooting activities that require diagnosis, analysis and interpretation, creation of functional specification (for customizing & development (ABAP))
basic customizing in SAP
Define functional descriptions for Masterdata & Interfaces
IDOC error handling
Effort and risk evaluation for technical changes especially with regards to potential side-effects on existing processes (cross-module)
Documentation of issue solving (development requests, user guides, ProjectPoint status updates)
Active testing (development) and support for user acceptance testing
Preparation of masterdata creation and mass change activities
Follow-up activities like ticket control (completion/closure)
Enhancement and customization of existing SAP functions
Monitoring of Live-System cross domain/cross company to avoid potential issues
Change request management:
definition of business needs and translation to functional specification
basic customizing in SAP
evaluates and collects change request requirements, makes feasibility analysis including Effort and risk evaluation
Defending the template and judgment of template compliance
testing and documentation
development / improvement of business functionalities in specified area (own initiative)
proposes / initiates long-term improvements (decision based on ROI rules)
actively transfers knowledge to other specialists
trains / supports Power user and end-user
supports corporate divisions on establishment of European rules and processes (acts as inhouse-consultant) by providing analytical and technical expertise
Support authorization set-up (in line with J-SOX compliance)
Roll-in Projects:
Design, develop and support processes on organizational level by business domain for MM,IM and WMS
Design organizational structure and hierarchy for MM,IM and WMS
Define standardization of processes (blue-print phase) and local functional requirements (roll-out phase)
Analysis of local gaps for to-be roll-in Entities and describe required changes on change management and/or ERP system level
Defending the template for new roll-ins and judgment of template compliance for Local Gap requests
Definition of rules and procedures for changed / new processes and communication to business domains, Power users and Corporate Divisions
Support authorization set-up (in line with J-SOX compliance)
Train power-users and end-users on the new processes and support during change over and stabilization phase
Effort and risk evaluation for technical changes

Project-work experiences
Very good knowledge about all SAP Logistics processes and the interfaces to other areas
Good IT-knowledge (esp. SAP, Excel)
Good English knowledge, good to have Multilanguage knowledge
Personal skills in order to cooperate with people from different countries, people from other teams and of course colleagues on all levels (end-user to managers)
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing (including presentation)
Ability to cope under pressure and to persevere
Ability to identify the steps to be taken to achieve objectives, plan the activities for yourself and others and ensure that the tasks are delivered in time

Business trips are part of the job and should be considered as enrichment, not as a burden

The EU Corporate applications (SAP) team is a team consisting of 35-40 motivated SAP experts responsible for maintenance and support of all corporate applications. Corporate applications is centralized around our SAP environment and includes all application systems used in Fujifilm Europe and have a connection with the SAP. This includes design and evaluation of business procedures and processes, implementation and support of change requests or enhancement projects, but as well daily support for System Issues or Information Requests. We work closely together with European Corporate Divisions, Business Domains and Fujifilm group companies in order to achieve a common approach for ONE EUROPE.
