Summary

Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned SAP Functional Consultant, FICO to optimize our SAP S/4 HANA platform and drive business value with the platform. This critical role bridges the gap between technical implementation and business needs by proactively driving change initiatives. The individual should have a blend of business process and SAP functional knowledge (FICO & Group Reporting).


Responsibilities:

  • Requirement Gathering: Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business processes, challenges, and objectives. This involves conducting workshops, interviews, and analysis to gather comprehensive requirements.
  • Solution Design: Translating business requirements into SAP solutions. This includes configuring SAP modules, customizing functionalities, and designing processes that align with business goals while adhering to best practices.
  • Implementation: Leading or supporting the implementation of solutions in SAP, ensuring smooth transition and minimal disruption to business operations. This may involve data migration, system integration, and user training.
  • Testing: Conducting rigorous testing to validate the functionality and integrity of SAP solutions. This includes unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to identify and rectify any issues.
  • Support and Maintenance: Providing ongoing support to end-users, troubleshooting issues, and implementing enhancements or updates to optimize system performance and usability.


Qualifications:

  • SAP S/4 HANA Certification in FICO is a plus.
  • 5 years of hands-on S/4 HANA Functional experience in FICO and Group Reporting. Including configuration, customization, and integration capabilities.
  • Must have hand on experience with SAP, S/4 HANA, FICO, Finance & Controlling and Group Reporting.
  • At least 3 full life-cycle implementations in FICO. Have personally led business blueprinting.
  • Have experience in designing business processes across various industries.
  • Regularly managed business stakeholders at Head of Department level.
  • Have experience with setting up and nurturing a key user network.
  • Have experience in hybrid (project and maintenance) environment. Able to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
