Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP FICO Consultant to lead the implementation and optimization of our SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules. The ideal candidate will have deep functional expertise, strong business process knowledge, and a proven track record in delivering successful SAP FICO projects from blueprint to go-live.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end SAP FICO module implementation and rollouts
• Conduct business requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders
• Develop functional specifications and configure FI/CO modules to meet business needs
• Integrate SAP FICO with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, etc.)
• Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and end-user training
• Support data migration activities and ensure data integrity
• Troubleshoot post-implementation issues and provide ongoing support
• Collaborate with technical teams (ABAP, Basis, BI) for custom developments and enhancements
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and corporate policies (e.g., SOX)
