Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled SAP S/4 Business Solution Architect who will be catering to the North America customers and involves supporting proactive and reactive business opportunities such as managed services and transformation. The individual will be closely working with our onsite sales / delivery teams, and participate in solution discussions, and workshops. Role: SAP S/4HANA Industry Solution Architect for Manufacturing, Logistics, Energy, and Utilities sector Location: US metro areas. Travel may be required. Duration: Full Time only - Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future. Job Responsibilities: * End to end responsibility of Solution & commercials creation including conducting workshops for scoping, questionnaire and solution discussions * Collaboratively work with all internal and external stakeholders in crafting a winnable solution * Responsible for creation of differentiated solutions that meets the customer requirements. * Formulate re-usable bid components to achieve maximum utilization * Develop winning themes, SWOT and competitor analysis for the pursuit * Travel & Participate in Customer presentations * Bid resourcing - bid team formation including various internal and external stakeholders * Understand the problem statement and identifying missing information to develop appropriate queries * Engage with internal and external customers in scoping, questionnaire and solution discussions * Lead internal governance - Sales / delivery / practice approvals and signoff are taken before submission of proposal to client * Detail and articulation of solutions and ensure completeness of the same Role Qualifications: * 15+ years of industry domain and SAP implementation experience including knowledge of Manufacturing, Logistics, Energy, and Utilities Industry and requirements such as Discrete and Process Industry Manufacturing, Batch Traceability, Supply Chain Planning, Service Parts Management (SPM), Department of Energy 10 CFR 810 Compliance for Nuclear Security * S/4HANA Cross-functional Application knowledge across Order-to-Cash, Purchase-to-Pay, Plan-to-Stock, Record-to-Report, Acquire-to-Retire, and Hire-to-Retire business processes, * Core SAP S/4HANA and Line-of-Business solutions relevant to the industry * Knowledge of S/4HANA integration with SAP Analytics Cloud, Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), Transportation Management (TM), Global Trade Services (GTS), Third-party warehousing, Vistex, Vertex, Concur, Workday, SuccessFactors, Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Advanced Planning & Optimization (APO), Third-Party Supply Chain Management software, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Manufacturing Intelligence & Integration (MII), Billing, Revenue, and Integration Management (BRIM), Cloud for Customer (C4C), and Ariba; Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) integration is helpful * Knowledge of Brownfield, Selective Data, and Greenfield S/4HANA implementation strategies with pros and cons * Knowledge of SAP Signavio Process Discovery, Process Insights * Knowledge of testing tools such as Tricentis * Knowledge of SAP Activate Methodology * Knowledge of SAP RISE and Cloud constructs and licensing models * Knowledge of Cloud Hyperscaler solutions * Experience in solution design, pre-sales , RFPs, proposals, orals * Experience in business case development * Development of Industry-specific Intellectual Property (IP) solutions to supplement S/4HANA * Articulate with excellent presentation & communication skills * Ability to manage CXO-level discussions * Preferable experience in full cycle S/4HANA implementation for version 2020 or above This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans. * Medical/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance * Paid holidays plus Paid Time Off * 401(k) plan and contributions * Long-term/Short-term Disability * Paid Parental Leave Disclaimer: The salary, other compensation, and benefits information is accurate as of the date of this posting.
