The customer reported bug or issue tracking and support客户报错或问题的跟踪和支持
Coordinate and provide the training of related modules in SAP system and relevant topics协调和提供相关模块及其他SAP相关知识的培训

College Degree or the above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar计算机、信息管理或相关专业大专或以上学历
Minimum 5 years’ experience with SAP BI, such as front-end report design, requirements analysis etc.至少五年以上SAP BI 相关经验，例如前端报表设计和需求沟通
Excellent written and oral English Skills 优秀的英语书面和口语能力
Excellent communications skills 出众的沟通技巧
Good problem-solving, analytical, and evaluative skills良好的解决问题、分析和评估能力
Having experience in SAP BW or ABAP should be a plus 具有SAP BW 或者ABAP开发经验是加分项
Proficient in MS Office products熟练使用办公软件
