𝐊𝐄𝐘 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒: 

• Facilitates the implementation and functional support to enhance the clients’ business requirements and overall performance 
• Effectively communicating and building consensus with clients 
• Building up the database and migrating the client’s data and beginning balances into the system 
• Analyze the current business processes and scenarios of the client and conduct user training 
• Create and design process flowcharts based on the client’s business processes 
• Undertake and document system testing to ensure that the client’s process will fit into the system process 
• Assist the client with complex problems related to the functional and basic technicalities of the application 
• Can manage implementations with add-ons/integrations with SAP B1 
• Serves as first-level support consultant for clients under warranty 

𝐉𝐎𝐁 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒: 

✔ Have a degree in Accountancy, Management, Finance, or any related courses 

✔ With two to three years of working experience in the same field 

✔ Must have excellent communication skills 

✔ Innovative and results-oriented, flexible, pro-active, systematic, and organized 

✔ Experienced in providing excellent customer service and can work well in a team or independently 

✔ Willingness to travel onsite to handle customers
