Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and skilled SAP Developer with 4 to 7 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA, Business Technology Platform (BTP), FIORI, and ABAP development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building, customizing, and integrating SAP solutions, with a focus on innovation and user-centric design. This role offers the opportunity to work on exciting SAP development projects that support digital transformation initiatives within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and support custom applications and solutions on SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP platforms.
• Design and implement FIORI applications for a modern, responsive user experience.
• Perform ABAP development for enhancements, reports, interfaces, and data migrations.
• Collaborate with functional and business teams to translate requirements into technical designs.
• Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, deployment, and support.
• Ensure proper integration of developed solutions with SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Follow SAP best practices for coding, documentation, testing, and version control.
• Support performance optimization and troubleshooting activities.
• Contribute to technical documentation and end-user training materials.
• Stay current with the latest SAP development technologies and tools, especially within the BTP ecosystem.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4–7 years of experience in SAP development, including hands-on expertise in S/4HANA, FIORI, BTP, and ABAP.
• Strong understanding of SAP UI5, Fiori Elements, and OData Services.
• Solid experience with ABAP programming, including reports, enhancements, BAPIs, BADIs, and data dictionary objects.
• Experience with SAP BTP components, including application development and integrations.
• Exposure to integration technologies such as REST APIs, OData, and SAP Gateway.
• Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to work in hybrid teams with both on-site and remote members.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SAP Cloud Platform, SAP HANA, and SAP CPI is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA.
• Understanding of DevOps practices in the context of SAP development (e.g., CI/CD pipelines).
• SAP Certifications in FIORI, BTP, or S/4HANA Development are an added advantage.
