The SAP BTP Developer and Application Support Specialist will be responsible for the proactive maintenance, efficient resolution of incidents, and the strategic implementation of enhancements for our clients' SAP Business Technology Platform landscapes. This role involves ensuring the stability and optimal performance of existing SAP BTP applications, encompassing technologies such as SAP Cloud Connector for hybrid integration scenarios, SAP Integration Suite for effective data orchestration, SAP Identity Authentication Service for secure user management, SAP Document Management Service for streamlined content workflows, and applications leveraging the SAP HANA database. The responsibilities will include meticulous troubleshooting and root cause analysis of application issues, the timely deployment of fixes and patches, and the development and implementation of minor enhancements and improvements based on client requirements. Collaboration with clients and internal teams will be paramount to understand business needs, provide effective solutions, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction. Furthermore, the role requires a commitment to continuous learning to stay abreast of the latest SAP BTP advancements and support methodologies.

• SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) Support Expertise: Strong understanding of the SAP BTP platform architecture and its various services from a support and maintenance perspective.
• Integration Troubleshooting: Proven ability to diagnose and resolve issues related to SAP Cloud Connector configurations and connectivity. Expertise in troubleshooting integration flows and API connectivity within the SAP Integration Suite.
• Security and Identity Management Support: Experience in supporting and resolving issues related to user authentication and authorization via SAP Identity Authentication Service (IAS).
• Document Management Support: Familiarity with supporting and troubleshooting issues within SAP Document Management Service (DMS), including content access and workflow problems.
• SAP HANA Database Support: Basic understanding of SAP HANA database operations relevant to application performance monitoring and troubleshooting. Ability to execute basic SQL queries for diagnostic purposes.
• Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills: Excellent ability to analyze application issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Strong technical aptitude with the ability to diagnose problems across various layers of the application stack.
• Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effectively interacting with clients and internal teams. Strong customer service orientation.
• Time Management & Prioritization: Ability to manage and prioritize support tickets and enhancement requests effectively in a dynamic environment.
