🚀 SAP S/4HANA Analyst (SAP BRIM Expert)

The SAP S/4HANA Analyst will be working with an advanced back-office platform that integrates web, mobile, chatbot, IVR, social, and more.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and document Order-to-Cash and billing system requirements via Agile workshops
• Support full SAP S/4HANA implementation lifecycle: from design to go-live to hypercare
• Guide functional testing, integration, and user training sessions
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert on SAP-BRIM modules: SOM, CI, CM, CC, FICA
• Deliver real-time solutions for billing operations, contracts, and data migration issues
• Collaborate across tech teams, sponsors, and business owners

What You Bring:

• 8 years of Billing/SAP BRIM experience
• Proven hands-on configuration skills across SAP-BRIM (CI, CC, CM, FICA)
• Strong grasp of dunning, invoicing, collections, and pricing methods
• Experience with both Agile and Waterfall project delivery
• Microsoft 365 proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and Azure DevOps (ADO)
• Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM and enterprise SAP delivery best practices

Education:

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Info Systems.
