Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP BASIS Developer to support lifecycle management (LCM) related project components within an Agile environment. The role involves working on cloud migrations, ECC to HANA DB transitions, and production landscape maintenance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA, BASIS administration, and HANA database, with a collaborative mindset and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver LCM-related project components as per Product and Sprint backlog
• Collaborate with business stakeholders during Program Increment (PI) events
• Define and execute tasks as per project RUN book and change management plans
• Create documentation, support go-live activities, and conduct knowledge transitions
• Plan and coordinate project activities, including stakeholder alignment
• Perform quality checks and status reporting
• Ensure consistency in architecture across teams and timely delivery of cross-functional components
• Maintain and update technical documentation
• Propose and implement technical and process improvements

Essential Skills:

• SAP BASIS administration and S/4HANA experience
• Experience in Cloud migrations (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Expertise in ECC to HANA DB migration
• Strong working knowledge of SAP HANA Database, SLT, and NetWeaver Gateway setup
• Experience in Kernel upgrades and release upgrades
• Familiarity with SAP modules like R/3, HANA, BW, EWM
• Experience in RHEL (Red Hat Enterprise Linux) migration
• Ability to manage production landscape availability and support upgrades
