Job Title: SAP BASIS Consultant

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated SAP BASIS Consultant with 6+ years of hands-on experience in SAP system administration and support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining SAP landscapes, ensuring high availability and performance of SAP systems, and supporting system upgrades and migrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily monitoring, administration, and maintenance of SAP systems including ECC, S/4HANA, BW, PI/PO, Fiori, and Solution Manager.
• Manage user administration, authorization coordination, and collaborate with security teams for role management.
• Handle transport management (STMS), client copies, and system refresh activities across development, quality, and production environments.
• Perform kernel upgrades, support package installations, and implement SAP Notes.
• Troubleshoot performance issues, analyze system logs, and ensure optimal system health.
• Maintain and monitor SAP HANA database, backup/recovery tasks, and space management.
• Configure and maintain RFCs, SAP Router, and OSS connections.
• Support system copies, migration planning, and OS/DB upgrades as required.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to resolve issues and support project needs.
• Generate and maintain system documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Key Skills Required:

• 6+ years of experience in SAP BASIS administration.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, ECC, BW, and Fiori landscapes.
• Experience in HANA DB administration is preferred.
• Strong understanding of SAP system architecture, transport landscape, and client strategy.
• Knowledge of Linux/Unix OS, and cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus.
• Familiarity with Solution Manager (SolMan) for monitoring and system health checks.
• Good troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
