Role Overview

Itero Group is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Analyst to support the design, implementation, and post-deployment of a large-scale back-office transformation initiative—Unified Back Office Solution (UBOS)—for a major public sector client. This long-term engagement requires a subject matter expert with deep SAP BRIM experience, specifically across the Order-to-Cash lifecycle. The selected candidate will play a critical role across all phases of the project, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare support. While the role is primarily remote, on-site presence will be required at key project milestones.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead workshops to gather and document requirements for billing and revenue systems, producing Agile artifacts such as user stories, test cases, and RICEFs.
  • Design and implement new end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes aligned with SAP S/4HANA and SAP BRIM functionality.
  • Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams throughout development, SIT, UAT, and post-go-live hypercare phases.
  • Execute system integration testing and support user acceptance testing efforts.
  • Develop user training materials, facilitate workshops, and support organizational readiness.
  • Lead and document business process transformation efforts, including migration from legacy systems.
  • Provide SAP BRIM functional support post go-live and conduct root cause analysis on any system or data-related defects.
  • Support billing validation and data migration/conversion analysis.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure timely, accurate delivery and ongoing system improvements.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in billing systems with extensive expertise in SAP BRIM.
  • Deep knowledge of SAP BRIM modules, including SOM, CI, CM, CC, and FICA.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing high-volume, consumption-based billing systems.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes, including pricing, dunning, rating, invoicing, and collections.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead workshops, manage Agile and traditional waterfall project tasks, and document system requirements.
  • Hands-on configuration experience with SAP-BRIM (CC, CI, CM) and SAP-FICA.
  • Familiarity with automation testing design and configuration for BRIM.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO) Testing Module.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Must be a U.S. resident located within the Continental United States.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Real-world experience managing global billing operations.
  • Understanding of complex B2B billing models and configurable financial systems.
  • Exposure to ITIL/ITSM practices and enterprise-level SAP solution deployments.
  • Prior experience supporting enterprise systems in a public sector environment.
