The SAP Analyst - Logistics is a newly created role for the US operations and as such, you will have responsibilities for transforming how SAP is currently being used and how it could be used. Requires someone with Logistics and/or Materials Management understanding with the ability to configure, administer, and be the liaison between the technical IT team in Europe and the functional owners in St Louis to make sure they are using SAP correctly. This is a highly visible role where you are on the ground driving process improvements & operational efficiencies.
This person will be the SAP expert for the US entities. You will have the opportunity to work with senior and executive leadership daily, guiding them through options on what the systems could do vs how it is currently being utilized. This role will be the bridge between Operations Owners and Technical. as well as communicate with the European IT team. Looking to begin the journey to S4 Hana in Q4 of this year.

Experience
The SAP Logistics Expert will manage and support the Materials Management (MM), Warehouse Management (WM), Production Planning (PP), and Quality Management (QM) modules in the company’s SAP environment. Position will play a critical role with ensuring the SAP processes across global locations are streamlined, reliable, and aligned with company standards. Will oversee the peripheral systems associated with MM, WM, PP, and QM and will play a pivotal role in implementing new functionalities within the global SAP template. As a member of the project team for the S/4 project (harmonization/merging to a single SAP system), you will work to integrate all SAP locations into a central, unified system.
While there are still several SAP systems currently, an essential amount of time will be spent supporting and consulting for the current systems.
Personality Traits
Education
Bachelor’s in a Technology, Engineering, or Business field and/or equivalent professional experience. Must have 5+ years in SAP support and project work, with a focus in Logistics modules.
