We are seeking an experience ABAP Lead to join our SAP Development team. The successful candidate will lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP ABAP/BTP/CPI-Based solutions to meet business requirements. The ABAP lead will be responsible for leading a team of ABAP developers, mentoring, and guiding them to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development and implementation of SAP ABAP/BTP/CPI based solutions.
• Mentor and guide a team of ABAP/Fiori Developers.
• Ensure high quality deliverables and adherence to coding standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
• Develop and maintain technical documentation
• Stay up to date with latest ABAP technologies and trends

Requirements:

• Total 8+ years of experience in ABAP Development.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in leading ABAP development teams
• Candidate must have worked on 1-2 SAP Implementation Projects
• Strong expertise in ABAP Programming, including Module-Pool, OOABAP, ABAP Workbench, and RICEFW objects
• Experience with SAP S/4 HANA, SAP Fiori, and SAP Cloud Platform
• Very good leadership, Communication, and Problem-solving skills
• Abilities to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Education: B.E IT or similar Computer engineering graduate, or related field.
• Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience in SAP ABAP Lead role.
