As an SAP Administrator, you will play a critical role in H Mart's enterprise resource planning (ERP) system by ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of SAP applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline business processes, optimize SAP modules, and provide technical expertise to support our company's growth and operational excellence.
Duties And Responsibilities
Administer, monitor, and maintain SAP systems, including ECC, S/4HANA, and other relevant module
Perform system upgrades, patches, and enhancements as required, ensuring system stability and security
Collaborate with business units to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation using SAP
Configure, customize, and develop SAP solutions to address specific business needs
Provide end-user support by troubleshooting and resolving SAP-related issues
Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on SAP usage and best practices
Oversee SAP integrations with other systems and applications
Manage data migration, data cleansing, and data archiving activities within SAP
Implement and maintain security measures to protect SAP systems and data
Ensure compliance with industry and regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, SOX) related to SAP usage
Monitor system performance and conduct regular performance tuning activities
Proactively identify and address bottlenecks and inefficiencies in SAP applications
Maintain comprehensive documentation of SAP configurations, processes, and procedures
Generate and present reports on system performance, usage, and key performance indicators
Requirements And Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting or a related field. Master's degree or SAP certification is a plus
Proven experience as an SAP Specialist or SAP Consultant with at least 1-2 years of experience
In-depth knowledge of SAP ERP systems, including configuration, customization, and integration
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business processes
Proficiency in SAP modules such as Finance, Sales & Distribution, Materials Management, or others relevant to the organization
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders
Experience in SAP security and compliance best practices
Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA is a plus
Strong project management skills to lead SAP-related initiatives
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines
Business proficiency in English and Korean
