Job Title: SAP ABAP HR Consultant

Experience: 6 to 10 Years

Location: Pan India

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP HR Consultant with 6 to 10 years of hands-on experience in developing and supporting SAP HR solutions. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of ABAP programming, HR module integrations, and strong experience with HR-related enhancements, reports, interfaces, and custom developments.

Required Skills:

• 6 to 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP with focus on HR module (PA, OM, Time, Payroll).
• Strong understanding of SAP HR data structures and integration points.
• Expertise in working with HR Infotypes, LDBs (Logical Databases), and PNP/PNPCE logical database reporting.
• Experience with Forms (SAP Scripts, SmartForms, Adobe) and Web Dynpro ABAP is a plus.
• Good knowledge of enhancement techniques (User Exits, BADIs, Implicit/Explicit Enhancements).
• Hands-on experience with SAP Workflow and HR Events is desirable.
• Experience with SuccessFactors or HCM Fiori Apps is an advantage.
• Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
